Job outlook and Salary in Milwaukee/Madison - ICU nursing

Looking to relocate back to the Milwaukee or Madison area. I have 2 years of experience in a level 1 trauma center surgical ICU, looking to work in trauma again. I'm also open to CHOW. Any idea on starting salary for experienced RNs and what the market looks like? What are shift/ICU differentials like? thanks!
