Job offer

I was offered a position at 85,000 10,000 more than what I make now. 2 weeks vacation the first year , 5 sick days cme allowance 1500 and five days cme. Generous productivity I'm used to 3 weeks vacation . It will satisfy my remaining commitment to Nhsc , I would like to negotiate the vacation but is it worth it

    Yes...negotiate....the worst they can say is no. I love to travel so vacation time is one of the most important things to me. I negotiated for more and got it. Most likely you will get it if that is all your negotiating.
