So I had 2 interviews right before graduation and just heard back from the second one. I was offered the job but the one in my dream hospital (also the hospital I work for) told me they are still interviewing and I'd get an email from HR when they're done even though I was told I'd hear back last week. The job I was offered is only giving me 2 days to decide.
What should I do? I already reached out to the ANM that interviewed me and she told me the above. I'm so torn because the unit I want to work in has the patient population I want to work with and the other unit only has that population most of the time.
I haven't taken NCLEX but if I accept one offer, there is no one I can change my mind later without burning a bridge with a major employer.

How long do you have to consider the offer? I would take it, then if offered your dream job, graciously bow out of the first offer. It happens all of the time. Now, once you start working at the job, if the first choice contacts you, I'd stay at the first offer for a year unless totally horrible. Sometimes dream job" is a nightmare, and this is the great cosmos' way of solving the issue for you. Good luck, many first time job hunters can't even get an interview, much less a job offer, so you've got that on your side
So new developments, they are giving me til Wednesday to accept the offer. Also, I just got an interview for L &D shortly after posting this.
