Hi everyone...
I've used this site multiple times to help me during the last 6 months, but this is my first post!
I am a new grad and I have a job offer at great institution that does not pay well. They want an answer today! I have an interview tomorrow at another hospital that pays much better. Should I accept the one offer and then see what happens with the other interview or try to hold off the recruiter at the other place until after my interview?
I really like the place and the people where I have been offered the job, but the pay may be a deal breaker. I don't want to burn any bridges either...PLEASE HELP!!!

I would accept the offer because you don't know that the other interview will result in an offer. If you get a better offer, you can go back immediately to the first facility and rescind your acceptance, but you can't reverse the process. Good luck on your next interview.
Thanks Cali!!
My gut is telling me to take the original offer. I had a great interview with the nurse manger and the facility is top notch. I would hate to accept the offer then rescind down the line, but I guess I can cross that bridge if it comes to it.
Yes. You've got that right. Cross one bridge at a time. In today's economy, it is more likely that this is the only offer you get, no matter how well you present yourself to all prospective employers.
