Job market for LPNs in Vermont?

Hello everyone,

I've been thinking of relocating to the Burlington area and need some feedback regarding the demand for LPNs. I've got almost 20 yrs experience, most of that in acute care, IV cert, tele exp, phlebotomy, Epic EMR, ventilators. I'd appreciate any info about market demand, pay rates, cost of living, etc. Thanks for your help.

I think with all of your experience, finding a job won't be difficult...but finding one that pays well might be another story. Long term care facilities seem to be hiring quite regularly, but depending on where you are moving from, it might be a pay cut for you! good luck!
