I am an international student considering majoring in nursing in a Canadian university... What is the job market like for nurses currently? Will I be able to get a job as an RN after I graduate as an international student?

You should qualify for a Temporary Work Permit (TWP) for the same amount of time your nursing course was, once graduated. That will give you opportunity to find employer and work for them and show you are worth them assisting you getting permanent residency

Depends where you plan on living and studying. Canada is a huge country and demand can be high in some places but low in other places

Like was mentioned above, finding a job really depends on where you're willing to work. Vancouver and Toronto are tough job markets. If you're will going to go to smaller cities or towns or to more isolated communities you should have better luck finding a job. And if you're willing to go to the Arctic to work you can make a pretty good living, assuming you don't spend all your money on housing and food.

So as long as you are willing to move anywhere, you will find a job no problem? I hope the market is not so saturated yet to the point where even rural jobs are scarce

I don't think anyone can say for certain that if you move to a more rural area you'll for sure find a job. There's a much better chance, but no one can guarantee you'll for sure find one.
