job while license on probation

My RN license is on probation for one year due to a complaint made against me by a former manager. The only restrictions are no home care and no agency nursing. I have to work to get the probation off but no one will hire me because of the probation. Any ideas where I may be able to get a job with the probation?

In the current job market, you will have a difficult time finding employment as an RN. Perhaps you could work in something related to nursing, such as information technology (for hospitals changing to computerized physician orders and charting)?

Since you are asking about such a personal issue, you may want to change your username to something that doesn't identify you.

I have been thinking about going back to school for that. The only thing with my license is the only way to get the probation lifted is to work as an RN. Its kind of a lose-lose situation.

There are computer system jobs that do not require additional training. You might also want to consider working for a profit or non-profit blood bank/component organization.
