Hi Kay,
Just wanted to wish you well in your search. I live here in Georgia. I kept my present hospital job as I made the transition from LPN to RN. It's amazing how employers expect people to come out of college with at least 2-5 years of workable experience. It was very difficult to remain employeed while I was in school. I adjusted my PRN levels so many times as a means to avoid resignation. I was very fortunate in that my only battle was with the Georgia BON regarding those preceptorship hours. :idea:Have you tried online via nursing agencies? There are some that actually place nurses in permanent positions. Try googling 'nursing agencies that assist with temporary, permanent, or per diem placement'. I stumbled across a couple last week when I was googling 'travel nursing'. Good luck!

Hi everyone,
Yes its labor day, and i know some of us are working today, while some are up and about, ...as for me am still searching for job.
Anyone within the north dallas area?, i have applied to several hospital, internships and home health but it seem to be hard landing a job, so please any one know any place hiring for an entry level RN? please let me know.
Thank you much.
