I'll be graduating with my ADN at the end of spring 2018 and I'm just beginning to look into job hunting for an RN position as a new graduate with no prior hospital work experience. What are your thoughts about job fairs? Has anyone had success in networking or landing a job this way? What should I expect going into one?Does anyone know the best way to keep tabs on upcoming job fairs? What about the best timing for attending them if you want to land a job when you graduate?Also, bonus thought: I'm looking for something in the Fort Worth area and I would love a more in depth residency which builds a great foundation in skills. Has anyone done much research on this they can share or felt they attended an especially great residency they would suggest?It's a lot of questions for one thread, but answer any you can.
