So.. mother has a postpartum hemorrhage because of mild polyhydramnios.. no remarkable history and since now she`s been doing pretty well. She gave birth less then 24 hours ago. What do I do other then massage fundus, monitor bleeding, O2?.. They refuse blood products because of religion so what do i do in this situation?

Make sure she's voiding. Full bladder can get in the way of the uterus contracting and contribute to bleeding. Without the baby on her bladder causing her to pee every five minutes she'll wait until she's distended and feels the need to pee, which could be too late.

Do everything you normally would except give blood products, and avoid Toradol/anything that could increase bleeding. The good thing is most healthy adults can tolerate hgb down to 7 without serious problems.
