Did ya'll just reply to the email by saying: "I accept my place in this nursing program."?

Like we respond to the email they sent us and say we accept and we are supposed to get another email within the next few days I guess right?

I just wrote I, (my name), accept my space in the Summer 2015 nursing program at the Shelby County campus.

After I wrote it I got an email 20 mins. Later

I responded with I accept the position to be in the program and thank you

I have a 15 year old and a 2 MONTH OLD! It will be challenging but worth it :)

After I wrote it I got an email 20 mins. Later

I responded and said I accept my spot in the nursing program and had my name, BUT I didn't get another email? Did everyone else get a second email yet?
