Good Day!
Are there any JU 2016 nursing hopefuls on here!? I am applying for the upcoming spring semester. Hope you're out there! Excited to meet you!

Does anyone know how much it is? They told me its $16,000 a semester when you are enrolled in 12-18 credit hours but then there is at least one semster where we only have 6 credit hours? I just want like a ball park so my parents can prepare as soon as possible. I was told like $80k but I don't know.
Going a bit off topic, did everyone who got in want to start a facebook page perhaps? I have questions about housing and possibly looking for a roommate because I do live out of town. Also allydee you're right that $16,310 is the cost for just tuition per 12-18 credit hour semester. I don't know anything about a semester with just 6 credit hours though
Hi! I wasn't ignoring your post! I just don't really have any answers lol. I don't use my Facebook year round and I honestly might deactivate it once school starts so that I can focus. I have a home here so I'm not sure bout roommates, but I think when we responded to our nursing school acceptance thing on JU website, it said something like will you be living in city or on/near campus. I think Mrs. Bloom will provide a list of names with ppl needing roommates. I have heard that she has done that in the past. Lastly, all I can say is MONEY MONEY MONEY! but I'm soooo excited!
I would recommend not living on campus, you could find something so much cheaper around campus. I currently live in Mandarin in a townhome with my 2 brother's and bf. I would offer a room but I just had my other brother move into our guest bedroom, sorry
I would so rather have roomates who actually paid! Haha
Mrs. Bloom just sent me this email, I don't know if you recieved it as well:
"Thank you for your quick and enthusiastic response, we are very excited to have you join us this spring. We will be putting together your new student to do list and I will have it sent out to you on by November 2nd so you can begin preparing for the spring 2016 semester.
You can begin by making sure our university admissions office has all materials they need from you, and that you are fully admitted to the university as well as the school of nursing."

Don't let it discourage you. I honestly didn't think I'd make it! My G.P.A. is only a 3.49 and I'm still enrolled in Micro and Anatomy II. I think your recommendations and work/volunteer experience really do help.
