Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami going bankrupt?

According to this Miami Herald article it's not looking good for Jackson Health System. At current pace 'it may not make payroll by 2011'.

Silly me, I actually thought they would bring back the Jackson Scholars program. This recession is so bad for new nurses trying to catch a break at 1st time experience. I've read some private hospitals are actually doing good, could anyone verify this?

What will JHS do to reverse this? After UM purchased Cedars, streets down from JMH, why it would seem that those with insurance will go there and those without to the latter.
