Ssc2995 I purchased the Kaplan book from the bookstore.... WASTE OF MONEY! The information presented in that book is totally irrelevant to the questions asked on the test. The science portion of the Kaplan is the most difficult. There were a few pulmonary questions, cardiovascular questions, GI questions, and some neuro questions. The math portion is fairly easy if you're good with fractions. There were 28 questions in that section and about 22 of those were fractions. Reading and writing is easy just takes forever to the passage lol.
Interesting. So are we able to apply to both the lpn to rn and the regular adn program? I plan to take my test on the 8 (I know I'm pushing it close to the deadline, but this was a last min decision since they finally accepted my nas 161,162 for biology anatomy&physiology).. I will update u on my score, if it's worth posting lol
Great. I actually took the test two days in a row. I scored a 40 on the science portion on my first attempt (which was horrible) so I went again the next day after studying the questions. FYI the questions on the test dont change from one attempt to the next. Its the same exact test. Good luck to you!

Hey just wondering if anyone plans to apply to Reynolds LPN to RN program for the Spring 2016 semester. I took the Kaplan entrance exam and scored:
Math- 89%
Reading- 86%
Writing- 86%
Science- 55%
I hope that I get in considering I barely met the science requirement. I attended the nursing info session on 8/12 and there was a large group of students (about 50) but not sure how many of those students plan on applying in September.
Post your Kaplan scores.
