Ivy Tech Fall 2018 Hopefuls

Hey all! I figured I'd start this thread and get some feedback from other hopefuls! I'm preparing to take my first attempt at the TEAS in a few weeks. Any advice? I just finished pretty strong this last semester and made the deans list after having two children and being out of school for nearly a decade. I've never been a good student but maybe being driven and having a better grasp this time around has been a big help!

Applying for ASN to Lafayette/Kokomo/Indianapolis with a 127.71. Hopefully it's a good enough score to get in somewhere. Have a couple B's on prerequisites and got an 84% on the TEAS.

I'm applying to Lafayette/Kokomo/Indy with what is a "pending" 134.46 - I'm currently taking A&P 101 and retaking psych, but I am on target to get As in both of those - pending no major hiccups the next two weeks! I didn't do as well on the TEAS due to the science section, I think I ended up with an 82 - My background from my first degree is accounting so my science background wasn't as strong as I had hoped. Trying to choose between Columbus and Indy as my first choice but I can't decide! Any thoughts on how these and other campuses compare?

I applied for the Lafayette, Indianapolis and Terre Haute locations. I have an A in all prerequisites and a 78% on the TEAS with total points at 134.28. I hope it is enough!

I was going to apply for the RN program for Muncie this fall but my score had me discouraged. I was told to apply to the PN program only if I didn't feel confident enough! I will be soo mad at myself if I could have made it into a final spot!

Hey everyone, I just completed my pre-requisites and have taken the TEAS. I received all B's and one A for Psychology. I got a 78% on the TEAS test, which I was somewhat worried about prior to taking the test, but really the test was mostly a breeze. My total points is 123/160. I'm applying to Lafayette and Indianapolis campuses. Does anyone have an idea on what the cut-off was for admittance on the point system in the past?

There is a Facebook page called indiana community college nursing program. A lot of ivy tech students post their scores, points, and what campus theyre applying to on there. This page has a lot of useful info!

I applied at Muncie 1st choice and Richmond 2nd choice with a score of 140.77/160.

Embarrassed to say, but I applied with a 115.69 for ASN! Does anyone think I even have a shot? I wasn't quite sure of the scoring when I applied and now it's too late to re-take anything!!!
