Win some, loose some. I don't mean to be flippant, but I'll be in the same boat next week! They are supposed to call on Monday. That reminds me, my phone has a horrible buzz, I can hardly hear what the other person is saying. Guess, I should fix that quick.
Update: Day 1 and no call from Davita. Meanwhile, I did talk to an old friend that I used to work with and spoke to him about working at the dialysis center he manages. That sounds encouraging.

I'm really curious about this also. What kind of questions do they usually ask? I heard sometimes they use behavioral questions. But I think It depends on the facility. My friend told me she doesn't have behavioral question, they only asked her about her experience.

Why are you doing a phone interview? Do you live too far away to drive in and a face to face?
Good luck
That's the way Davita works it.
Oh I had mine in person. Maybe its just the area you live in? Goodluck
