IV Certification in New Orleans, LA

Hey guys! I just moved from NY to New Orleans, LA. In order to transfer my license I am required to have IV Certification. I was certified at my previous job in NY but I have lost my paper certificate and my previous employers are giving me the runaround about whether or not they have a copy. Is there any other way to prove this that will satisfy LA's requirements? Also, can the IV Therapy certification be done online? I saw that NAPNES was offering a course online but I am not sure if that will satisfy requirements. Does anyone have any experience transferring their license from a state that did not require IV cert? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks ?

I'm also looking to relocate to New Orleans next year but my Lvn/Lpn license won't transfer because I dont have the required courses for the IV Therapy and I am having a really hard time finding a place in New Orleans to certify. Please let me know if you ever were able to find a place. Thanks!
