Issues with applying to San diego city ADN program?

I notice the site keeps changing dates, now the link to application thats extended due to "technical issues" isn't working. Anyone know the deadline for AUG 2023 cohort. 

im also applying to swc and grossmont. My stats are 4.0 in pre req and minor pre reqs. 90.7 on TEAS, CNA lic, working during pre req, parent, bilingual verified,ect. id have my aa but swc but there was issues when petitioning. SWC director wrote a letter stating I have an AA but its not reflected which grossmont and city won't accept. Please share issues your had or a having when applying so I can avoid any more roadblocks. Thanks!
