I just recently took my TEAS V test. I have NOT had A&P or Biology classes yet-I changed my major so I'm taking those this coming semester. I didn't do the best in science due to this. My overall score was 77.3. The average for my school is 70, but I want to make sure it's good enough. Is this a bad score?? I don't know how the scoring works.

If the average for the school is 70 & you got a 77, I would see if you could retake the TEAS. You want to be as competitive as possible.

why in the world would you take the TEAS before completing your prereqs? The TEAS tests all the knowledge you have gained. I would retake it after you finish especially your A&P. Your score should be much higher. My college has a minimum of a score of 80 for entry, 95 for 1 bonus point, and 98 for 2 bonus points in the factoring system. Finish your classes. I bet your score comes up.

I have heard of students getting into their respective programs with a score like that, but I agree with the other posters suggesting that you retake it. You want to be far above the average.
My school required me to take it this semester to have my scores in, but said if it was a bad score I could take it again in January. Trust me, I wanted to wait to take it after pre-reqs
I glad you can retake it i giess kust think of it as a e and try to beat it!
