Is Sheridan GAS-health option the right choice?

Published

I am honestly torn between doing the General Arts and science-health option course or doing my grade 12 courses in a adult school. I feel like its more secure to do the GAS course because they guarantee a spot for you in the RPN course if you get a GPA of 3 or higher. My mom wants me to go to college to get some college experience but my dad is very worried about the expenses of tuition and rent. I honestly dont know what to do. I feel like the GAS course might make my goal easier to peruse but it still quite a lot of money...

Would love to hear any experience anyone has had taking either adult continuing education courses or the GAS course. Any other opinions are very much welcome! ^_^ I have to make a solid decision by July 13.

btw i am from Canada,Ontario. ive been out of high school for a year now

If you're just doing RPN, just do adult school and make sure you come out with a good gpa. If you were doing RN I'd say do GAS but do it at Humber or Seneca. GAS is overkill for something like RPN.

I did GAS and got accepted into Humber's RN program.
