Is Resurrection University in Chicago failing?

I have had friends that graduated from the Accelerated BSN program and reported that it was fairly organized/decent, expensive, but reputable. However, their NCLEX pass rates have dropped way below the national average for the past 2-3 years. Also, I read a warning about the university from the Higher Learning Commission that was related to them not meeting the standards for faculty/instructors. Is anyone currently in the program or recently graduated? Is the university truly at risk of losing its accreditation or program closure? I'm just trying to look for an MSN-FNP program near my area that is reasonably affordable with a good reputation. ?
