I live in NorCal and I can tell you that even our community colleges here (Sacramento area) require a minimum of a 3.0 in all your nursing pre-reqs. CSUS also requires a 3.0 on pre reqs. I have been spending the past few semesters bumping up my GPA because a B- will drop you down below a 3.0. But be careful and research before you retake classes. CSUS, for instance, will allow a maximum of 3 courses repeated for better grades and only 1 of those can be in your pre-req sciences. So take the time and research. Every school is different. I wouldn't tell you not to work for your goal, but you may need
To be sure that you have at least a 3.0 B (not a B-) in all your pre-req classes. Some private schools may accept a lower than 3.0 if you have a fantastic TEAS or HESI score, but I've only ever seen a "recommended 3.0". Best of luck!
EDIT: I just read on another thread that LBCC holds 10 spots in their ADN program for the 2.99-2.5 GPA students. Maybe check into their program. I know you want a bachelors, but you can always bridge to a BSN if you can get into an RN program.

So I'm done with all of my pre reqs and I'm due to apply to transfer this fall for fall 19. I live in California and I'd prefer to go to a CSU so I can receive my tuition grant but I am willing to move out of state if I don't have a choice. I'm transferring from a CC in San Diego
I don't have the best GPA and I've finished all my preqreqs for nursing so I'm pretty deep into this already. My GPA is around 2.75. So basically my question is, is it possible to get in anywhere with this GPA? Any CSU? I could really use any advice or help.
