Is it legal for a nurse to document on copying paper?

I will be working at a school as a nurse for special needs students. I will be in the class with them all day. The papers that i document on at the school have me nervous as it does not have what the name of the school is on it or anyrhing. I used to work at a hospital and there when we documented on paper charts it would have the companies logo on the papers and we reordered them from a company. Please tell me nurses if this is ok. Also do we need a doctors order or signature stating its ok to give tylenol and over the counter meds and also to apply ice paxks and such. At the hospital we have to have an order for evertthing even a bandaid.*
