Is it too late to take the LPN refresher course

Hi, I graduated LPN school in 2009. I took the NCLEX-PN 3x and failed it. Since it's 2014, I'm wondering if I'd still be eligible to take a nurse refresher course since it's been 5 years since I graduated LPN school. If so, that would be great so I can take that course and try to take the test again.
