I worked as a nurse's aide full time while I was in school. The hardest part was that I had to work nights so I could go to class & clinicals during the day. It was hard but I learned a lot about time management. It's definitely doable but not exactly easy.
I also discovered that I'm a true night person. I graduated in 1978 & have worked nights since then.
I graduated 3 years ago and at least 40% of my class were CNAs like having g any job while going to nursing school it is a demanding balance. However, being a CNA gives you experience and connections that could help you land that RN or LPN job once you graduate. Absolutely do it, you just have to balance your time wffectively.
Hope this helps.

A lot of people say that being a CNA helps be more familiar with the environment. I was wondering if it is hard to do both in college.
