hi everyone, is it smart/good to do the PVT 4 days after the exam? I have taken my nclexrn last Thursday (april 16) at 0800, it has been 4 days now and i still have no clue how i did. 24 hours later, on Friday at around 11:17 I did the PVT and received the good pop up. i did it with a valid CC but wrong exp. date and it says "our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time." and then on saturday at around 9:07 in the morning, i checked it again and this is like almost 48 hours post test since i finished at like 0950 and it says the same thing.

Its monday now and i still have no clue on how i did. i just called my BON in cali and told me pearson hasnt relayed the information to them yet. I want to try the PVT again and see if it still gives me the same statement but its been 4 days now so i don't know...can someone suggest anything??

Thank you for your time

There is absolutely no point in doing multiple PVTs; the results will not change. There is one reason to NOT do it, though, and that is that you might just find PV accepting your payment regardless of your pass/fail status. There are 'tests' made occasionally to a credit card (function of the system, you can't complain to PV) in which a charge is made. Perfectly legal for them to do so, as you have requested another registration, and that costs $200.

The point of the PVT is to see whether, on ONE go-through, it accepts your payment. It is generally accepted that if they do not accept your payment because no registration "can be made at this time", it's because you passed. Personally, I think people who do it over and over and over and over again are playing Russian Roulette! If it DOES take your money.....what then? You will be no more knowledgeable about how you did than you were the first time you did the PVT....but out a couple of hundred NON-refundable bucks.

Have you looked at the BreEZe website? It's a Consumer Affairs thing, not a BoN thing, but applicants in California can frequently find their licenses posted there before the BoN updates its own site.

It would appear you passed, so....let it go for now. Check the BreEZe, but then let it go :)

Just so you know i did checked it just now lol. im sorry but i couldn't help myself. It still hasn't accept my payment and this is the last time i am going to check it. i have only checked it three times and that's within 24 hours, 30+ hours and 4days later which is today. All 3 of those checks told me the same thing. As mentioned above, i have called cali BON and they said pearson hasnt released them my results yet. I dont know if it was because the weekend and what not but at this point all i can do is wait. i appreciate your time in reading my post and thank you for your comment.

for all those who have other insight/opinions, feel free to post.
