I don't know...it seems like a lot to me. Is this your 1st semester back to school? My 1st semester back (fall08), I took A&P1, english1 and college seminar (half a semester course that my school makes you take). Then last semester I took A&P2, sociology, life span and CPR (half semester). Anyway....I don't recommend taking A&P with another hard course like micro. I haven't taken micro yet, but I've heard from anyone that has taken it that it's not easy. A&P will take up a lot of your time. I have 2 kids and it was hard juggling everything. However...you know what you can handle...if you think you can, then go for it. Good luck!!
Hi there!
A&P I should really be the only science class that you take in 1 semester.
Microbiology, I recommend the same.
As far as A&P II is concerned, I believe that you could take this with another difficult course ((STATS or what have you))
I speak from experience. A&P I is a whole new language and you need to devote a lot of time to it to achieve an A...I am just guessing you would be ecstatic with an A. Microbiology is intense as well and the same holds true. With A&P II it's easier, in a way, than A&P I because you have a great understanding and foundation already in place and it will not requires as much as A&PI will. This is why I say you can take it with another challenging course.
I hope this helps some

I changed my Fall 09 schedule to what i was going to take Spring 10. It's A&P I, Micro, English I, and Growth and Dev Psych. The psych class is easy just 10 weekly tests online and it's done. I'm not worried about that. I am wondering about the two science classes. I don't have daycare for 2 of my kids so they're home with me during the day and I will have these classes in the evenings. I will have definite study times so that's not a problem, I am just worried about the sheer amount of content and keeping up with 2 science classes. Any suggestions or advice?
BTW, the reason I changed my schedule is so that I would only have A&P II, Eng II, Spch, and Algebra next semester. I figure that would allow more time to study for the HESI A2 exam I have to take to get into the program. I have to take it in February Right in the middle of Spring Semester, so I was trying to lighten my load some. Any thoughts?
