I'd be really cautious about a non-US qualification being recognised if you want to practice back home - Australian nursing degree isn't fully recognised in the US (and an associates' degree doesn't meet our registration standards), and I imagine that could continue for post-grad education.
But if they are recognised (and I'm sorry I don't know the answer but maybe the California BON would know) maybe you could consider the home of nurse/patient ratios, Victoria :)

Is it faster/cheaper to get your DNP in another country, besides the US? like mexico? or any other country. by the way,. i live in california.
