Is this ethical?

Hypothetical situation:

A 90+ year old woman with advanced dementia and cancer wants to nap during day. However, POA insists she does not sleep and be engaged entire day. Would you consider not allowing her to nap unethical?

Key words, "90+ year old." She should be able to do whatever makes her comfortable. And if she's up all night, so what? As long as she's safe. A little melatonin, if it works for her, is a great idea, but engage in all activities? When I'm 90, just bring my tea and keep the snacks coming....
