Oh it's easier to work in SF hands down, lol. I think I should explain it further that West Coast culture is very different than East Coast...people in general are nicer and more laid back here, I think. I mean they both have that big impersonal city atmosphere with rude drivers but I'm sure you know the difference in the vibe. It seems like it's easier to find a job in NYC, they have a lot more large centers there that hire NP's (NYP, NYU-Langone, Montefiore). You could still try here if you like. Look at UCSF, Stanford, Kaiser, or Sutter CPMC.

I have experience as RN in NYC, and will be wanting to move to SF, wanted to know prospects. I know both job markets are tight. Wondering if certain aspects are different. Thanks in advance!
