Is Carrington College a good College?

I am a BSN, but my daughter is looking for a ADN program so she can get her license and work while getting her RN to BSN online. There are very few ADN programs left in Phoenix, AZ. Has anyone graduated from Carrington College that would recommend it? I see a ton of bad reviews but sometimes happy people do not write reviews, its usually to complain? What are some of your opinions?
