One of the colleges that I have the option of attending for the BSN program has a new option of getting a double major in health administration.
Would it be worth it? Do hospitals really look at that at all or is it just "degree fluff"?

In regard to getting experience as a clinician, the admin part shouldn't make a difference. It's more about your own goals and interests. If you are interested in administration and eventually would like to be involved in it, then it's worth it. If in the future, you were competing with other experienced nurses for an administrative position, it could give you an edge. But for a new grad clinical nurse position, it really shouldn't make a difference.
