Is this an automatic denial?

So I committed some serious crime that some of you might want to burn me to death. I was 24 when I got arrested. I was on craiglist looking for sex. I was chatting with a girl posting as a 30 years old. We both made it clear that we were seeking a sexual relationship. But then she told me that she was only 15. I still decided to meet her despite she told me she was a minor. I got arrested and charged with a long list of felony sex crimes against minor. Long story short, all charges were dropped, except one count of "Unlawful use of 2 way communication." which is not a sex crime or crime against minor. However it's still a 3rd degree felony. I pleaded guilty and adjudication was "withheld" meaning no convictions. Fast forward 2 years later, I'm done with all my probation... I'm currently in the process of sealing or expunging my record.

As far as I know, legally I'm not convicted of anything and once the record is sealed I'm allowed by law to deny I even got arrested. So the only road block I see is the BON

Do you guys think that I even have any chance for NURSING license? Should I even pursue going to nursing school?
