Introduction to Medicare Part A

I'm taking the Introduction to Medicare Part A class through AANAC, I have taken it 3 times and have had to buy 3 extra attempts. I am taking these classes without any experience, waiting to get a position later this year. I have contacted AANAC and they never responded, does anyone have any suggestions. This is my last class. HELP!!!@@
