Intra and inter disciplinary teams!! What is the difference?!?!?!

I am trying so hard to finish my last paper and I'm having a severe block. Can someone, anyone please describe the difference between these two teams?! I can't seem to get it. Pleaseweeee and Thank you ?

Interdisciplinary means the number of people in the similar field of interest such as nurses, specialists etc. Intradisciplinary would be limited to a single field of work only.
