Interview with Yale hospital

Published

I have an interview with Yale hospital as a new grad on a surgical floor. They have been rejecting me for every other positions I applied for and I REALLY WANT to land this job. This is my first interview. How should I prepare and how do I stand out for others they will be interviewing for this position? Also I get to shadow after the interview is that a good sign

Not to rain on your parade but everyone shadows. When you shadow you'll meet the department head, try to make a good impression. Don't wear open toed shoes. That's probably all I can think of. Check out the people you'll be working with don't be afraid to ask them if they like it there, and make sure it's a good fit for you. Don't even think about being late. They are really against that.

Do you know how long the hiring process takes!???
