Interview on a sub-specialty floor?

I have an interview coming up on a Medicine Sub-specialty and am curious if anyone has a clue as to what kind of floor that is. Also this is a tech position and if you have any advice for me please let me know. I have been on a few other interviews with only one job offer in which I turned down (I know, I know).
