Interview at Riverside Medical Center..help

Hi everyone,

I have my very first RN interview at Riverside Community Medical Center tomorrow, this is for a new grad RN program and I am wondering if anyone has had an interview there yet, and if so can anyone tell me the type of questions they ask. I have been hearing from a lot of people that most interviewers ask behavioral type of questions, which I think just mean scenario type of questions.

Anyways any pointers at this point will help me, I am really nervous especially since I am interviewing for the ICU. Please help thanks

I didn't know they have a new grad RN program in Riverside Medical. When did you apply? Sorry it's not helping you with your question, but I was wondering. Thanks in advance.

From my experience with interviews, it's good to prep for some scenario type questions, what you would do during work (situation) or medication questions (common meds used, some of side effects, or dosing) you need to be aware of, esp if you are applying ICU, you may want to look up some commonly used meds in that specialty.
