Hi, everyone.

I am going to apply a position in dialysis unit. Does anyone have any experience there?what kinda questions will be asked during an interview? I dont have any dialysis experience. I've been working in ICU.

Make appropriate tx adjustments on the pt you are with, ask PCT to monitor pt, then you go see the others you haven't seen yet.
