Hi, everyone.

I am going to apply a position in dialysis unit. Does anyone have any experience there？what kinda questions will be asked during an interview? I dont have any dialysis experience. I've been working in ICU.

    I had a similar question....You have three patients you haven't seen yet and the one patient you are with, bp's is dropping, what do you do? I had no idea how to answer...I think I did fine though

    Make appropriate tx adjustments on the pt you are with, ask PCT to monitor pt, then you go see the others you haven't seen yet.
