You may not realize that there are "St. Luke's" hospitals all over the United States as well as in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Interview questions probably vary based on location, department, who's interviewing you and what the heck you're actually applying for.

I've found that I'm asked the exact opposite of what I'm expecting to be asked, in most cases. Good luck!
