Interview process at HCR Manorcare...

Hi.....I'm thinking about applying to HCR Manorcare but I'm super nervous about the interview process. Has anyone interviewed there? Any advice?

My interview process was between the DON and Administrator they asked about strengths and weaknesses, why I wanted to be a nurse, why would I want to work with the elderly, do I feel comfortable with supervision and delegation.

It maybe took half an hour and they told me that day that I had the job. I've now been there two years. Good company, I love my job; however, very difficult, we always say that it takes a special person to stick around and adapt to manorcare ! ;)

Thank you for the interview advice. I'm applying at the HCR Manorcare in Highland Park IL. Do they all ask pretty much the same questions?
