Interview for Piedmont (Atlanta GA) new grad program thurs

Published

I have my first interview on Thursday for Piedmont's new graduate med surg residency program. Has anyone here had experience interviewing for this program or hospital and can you give me any pointers and any insight regarding what to expect? Thank you

Hi, I have a question..what was the turn around time from when you applied for the program and then got scheduled for an interview? Thx!

Hey I interviewed on Thursday as well for the Med Surg Residency. I was invited to interview about 2 weeks after I applied. @edwindelahiggins would you mind posting on here once you here back so that I can know when to expect to hear from them as well.

Hey, how was the medication/med-surg exam? I have an interview tomorrow, not for the new grad program though. Good luck, OP! BTW, I applied 2/1 and was called for interview 2/6.

Hi,

Did you get the job with Piedmont? I'll graduate in May with BSN from New Orleans and truly pray I get an interview in CCU.

@edwindelahiggins... I pray you felt confident during the interview and get good results (I.e. get a job offer). Have you heard anything and what other places did you apply to for new grad programs?

How was the interview process, was it a panel you interviewed with or an individual? I'm praying it went well and will result in a job offer. What hospitals did apply to? Can't wait to each of your experiences!

Random question but why do you want to work in the CCU?

I'm most interested in any ICU since I'm currently a PRN at a hospital in ICU and really enjoy that area.
