interview next week

I'm a new Grad and I have an interview for a med/surg floor next week. I did work on a med/surg floor for a year as an LPN. I was wondering what questions I should ask on the interview. I know I should ask about orientation and patient-nurse ratio, but what other questions should I ask.

I am graduating this spring, and have already went on a few interviews. One question in particular I asked was if they have triads or diads. Then of course I asked how long the orientation period is, what all is involved in the orientation period. Will I have one preceptor the whole orientation? Is there room for advancement? Another question that I was told by an instructor that should be asked is "How do the staff feel about new grads joining the team?".
