Hey, I couldn't find any info about the types of questions either. I've never had a panel interview before so it should be interesting. I just heard that we should address everyone involved and make eye contact with everyone. Realize they all have different jobs and base questions and answers on that.
That's just what I've heard. Good Luck!
I been to a couple of panel interviews and its not as nerve-wrecking as you would anticipate. My tip would be to take your time when they ask questions, set the pace, dont let them set the pace. I also like to go into it as if i'm talking to a group of co-workers or peers - it takes the edge off trying to impress authority, and it sort of lets them look at you as a peer. But above all else, be positive and believe in yourself. As cliche as that sounds, thats whats gonna get you thru the whole process. Thats whats gonna drive all your answers, your character and your attitude, whether you have experience or not.
How did your interview go popcrnlvr? lol so curious to know if it was more clinical questions and how long it took. In any case, I'm sure you did great!

Hello everyone,
I don't have much experience with nursing interviews and was wondering if anyone had any tips, insights, or had interviewed for Methodist Hospital of Southern California's new grad program. It will be a panel interview.
Thanks in advance!
