Interview with JHH Any tips

I finally got an interview with JHH any tips or pointers from anyone that works there. I hope to be relocating from Boston and just wanted to know what I was up against.

Just want to what is it like?

How is the pay

Patient ratios etc

Thanks

I think there are several recent threads on this (i checked before my interview in april). try doing a search and see if they answer your questions as a lot of what you're asking varies by unit. good luck!

I work on an oncology unit and started as a new grad. The pay is in the early 50K's and the pt ratio on my floor is 1:3. Can i ask why youre moving from Boston to JHH? My husband wants to move to Boston but i love my job at Hopkins.

I currently work on an onc/bmt unit in boston ... actually I am just ready for a change and I want to continue my education at JHU... Plus Boston is really really expensive. The cost of living. the prices of homes everything has gotten way out of hand

Boston trully is a wonderful city to live in though and being from NYC that is saying alot for NY has everything

Onc is where I want to work at JHH so hopefully I get the job..
