Well that answer sounds pretty good to me considering the fact that some of the nurses that I have worked with were so uncommunicative. It is horrible when you are a CNA caring for patients and you can not get information out of a nurse or a nasty attitude like you are bothering her for asking something.
Friendliness is really important to me. To work with someone who gives you a feeling that you can ask them anything is so comforting to me.
i think that it went fine...but i know what you mean... i had my first interview last week and i keep going over the questions a million times and wish i answered something else...still haven't heard anything yet...i think that i have just about crawled out of my skin with this waiting...good luck!

I went to an interview today. God, I feel like such an idiot!!
The woman asked me what skills I would bring to their facility.. And what did I say?? I said "I'm sociable." Stupid, stupid, stupid! I wanted to yell "Oh, wait! Don't write that down...... Ermm..." But you can't really do that, now can you?
Then she asked me what 3 things do i need to happen/ or feel in order for me to feel like I had a good day at work.. What?! What kind of question is that...? I said something along the lines of 1) peace of mind at the end of the shift, 2) happy with the quality of work I put out, and 3) accomplished in some form or another... She just looked at me. Ugguggg.
I think I did okay for the rest of it... But gosh! Sociable?! What was I thinking?
