We have been busy packing and getting things ready for our July first move, reserved the moving truck today. I have a final face to face interview with HR and managers of the PCU unit at Florida Hospital on Monday. I am so excited and terrified!
Any interview tips from people that have interviewed with them?

I have never interviewed with them, but have many colleagues who have came from and went there from our hospital in the past. I know they mentioned Florida hospital is a Christian based organization and they will ask you ,"if a patient asked to pray with you, how would you react and which prayer would you use? " or something to that effect. 👠good luck.
PS make sure you get your sign on bonus!!!

They asked me a lot of situational questions when I interview with them. For example "How would you handle a difficult situation with a patient?". I was a nurse before this interview, therefore some of the questions that were asked were example questions.. So they would ask questions like "Give me an example of a time when you made a suggestion in the clinical setting". Be positive and smile, I think they really liked that. GOOD LUCK!!!
I got the job!!! [emoji178] interview went great, situational questions, "tell me about a time when" type questions etc- and followed by a tour of the hospital in my new heels- my thighs are soooo hurting today from that decision!
I did get the hiring bonus and I start on July 11th- I am soooo very excited!!
Congrats!!!

Hi, I have an interview tomorrow with the graduate program in Orlando on the Multisystem pcu unit and the Neuro PCU unit. Super nervous. Can you give me any advice, pointers on how I should prepare myself and maybe even some examples questions?
Thanks in advance
