I am a new grad and I have been working in the er of a small rural hospital with about three beds. I have been working here for about two months, but they have all sorts of issues and isn't the bat place to be. Now I have an interview for an er hospital at a large hospital with over thirty beds. Don't have much experience....any advice on what to expect or anticipate for the interview ?

although they will ask you about your experience and all, many interviews today are behavioral based. things like 'what would you do if a pt complained about you', or 'tell me about a time you had an argument with a physician, how was it resolved', or 'what would you do if you knew the MD was making the wrong decision and wasn't listening to your input'? otherwise they may ask about teamwork, etc.
sometimes places like newer people, so they can train them exactly how they want them to work. esp in a big busy hosp-i have seen this many times.
good luck!
interviewing to go back to the ER myself next week!
