Interventional Pain Management NP

Hello! I am wondering if there is any NP out there working in interventional pain management clinic? I am trying to get information on the base salary and productivity pay or or pay per patient scale and I can't seem to find any information. The other NP in our practice mentioned that she gets paid close to the new physicians' salary but I'm not sure if I heard her correctly. She does have 10 year experience and I barely graduated last year but the disparity is too much of a gap. My pay is 1/3 of her pay and I don't have productivity bonus. I would appreciate it if you can enlighten me on this. Thanks!!!
