International Verification Form requested by CA BRN??

Hello, 

I am a newbie in this forum. Hoping that anyone can give me some insights. I sent in an application for NCLEX RN here in Ca. I am from the Philippines.

The BRN Ca has received my documents from my school (TOR, Breakdown Form, Learning experiences such as Cord dressings, surgeries, assisted surgeries etc.) They sent me a letter saying I need to fill out an International Diploma Verification form. Do I need to go back to my school give them this form and request a new diploma? I am saying this because I’ve read some comments saying I need to request TOR, Diploma etc from my school to CHED to DFA. I’m kinda lost. If anyone can give me insights that would be great help.

Hello! You're right regarding the process. You need to show the form to your school. Usually they already know what to do. TOR, RLE and copy of your Diploma will be sent to CHED for CAV. Once it's done you'll bring it to DFA together with the international Diploma verification form.

The BON approved my NCLEX Application. I am now waiting to register at Pearson VUE, Pay for registration and get my ATT.

Hi! How did you go about this? I am in the same situation. Already sent my documents to CBON however, they need the international verification form.

Hi,

I’ve sent in my IDV and they approved my application. Get in touch with your nursing analyst.

Hi @JS90 how did you get your IDV? Do you need it still eventhough you already submitted your diploma?  They asked me the same thing during my initial review for my RN california endorsement. I'm a graduate from Philippines as well. I emailed my analyst a couple of time but didn't get any response. That's all I'm missing for my application. ?

Even though the identification verification form was sent by mail, a message was written saying it is still required. This form has been sent, what should I do?

A copy of your foreign nursing license with English translation-Completed.

FROM NURSING COUNCIL - INTL LICENSE VERIFICATION STILL NEED

How can I solve this problem?

J690 I have a question for you, I've been following your thread on the other one that your still processing your Dfa thing, Do we need to provide a Original Diploma to School to Ched? or the School can provide it? cause I brought my Diploma here in US and I need to complete the IVF from Dfa
